Metro Council Approves $20 Million Nashville Small Business Recovery Fund (NSBRF)
$9 Million Goes To Small Business Grants And $9 Million To Small Business Loans To Support Pandemic Recovery Efforts
UPDATE (6/7/2022) – Information Sessions for The Nashville Small Business Recovery Fund will begin the week of June 13. Applications will open in late June with the exact date and time to be announced. We will continue sharing updates as they become available.
On February 1st, Metro Council approved the allocation of $20 million in American Rescue Plan Act funds to establish the Nashville Small Business Recovery Fund in the Mayor’s Office of Economic and Community Development (RS2022-1356, RS2021-1303).
Once established, the Fund will award $9 million in small business grants and extend $9 million in small business loan capital. (See preliminary program details) The funding will support Nashville and Davidson County small businesses’ recovery from the pandemic’s impacts and will bolster economic development in Nashville communities recovering from the pandemic and prior economic challenges.
The Pathway Lending team is honored to partner with Metro Nashville Davidson County and the Mayor’s Office to implement the Nashville Small Business Recovery Fund.
